健康新生儿血二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸测定及意义 被引量:2

The level of serum diamine oxidase and D-lactate in healthy newborn infants

摘要 目的探讨健康新生儿血二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸的正常含量,为新生儿胃肠功能衰竭的早期诊断寻找可靠的检验依据。方法对79例健康新生儿(足月儿59例,早产儿20例)进行血清DAO、D-乳酸含量测定。结果血清DAO为(8.851±3.424)u/ml,血D-乳酸为(0.918±0.715)ug/ml,血清DAO含量在足月儿与早产儿、在性别之间比较无差异,在日龄之间比较:<3天组与-7天及晚期新生儿各组比较差异无显著性,P值均>0.05,-7天组与晚期新生儿各组比较有显著性差异,P值均<0.05。D-乳酸含量在性别之间差异无显著性(P>0.05),但在早产儿与足月儿、<3d的早期新生儿与>14d的晚期新生儿之间的比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论血DAO不受性别、孕周的影响,血D-乳酸在胎龄、日龄有差别。 Objective To study the level of serum diamine oxidase(DAO) and D-lac-tate in healthy newborn infants. Methods newborn Serum level of DAO and D-lactate were detected in Seventy-nine healthy infants. Results Serum level of DAO was (8.851±3.424) u/ml, the level of D-lactate was (0.918 ± 0.715)u/ml. There were no difference between mature and premature, male and female in level of DAO. But there were significant difference between mature and premature, younger than three days newborn and over fourteen newborn in the level of D-lactate. Conclusions The level of serum DAO is not ffected by gender, gesta-tional age and baby's age. The level of D-lactate changes with gestational age and age.
