摘要
采用RAPD技术分析了重庆本地的板角山羊、川东白山羊和重庆黑山羊基因组池DNA的多态性及其亲缘关系。通过100种随机引物扩增筛选, 12种多态引物共获得了16个多态标记。各群体间的遗传距离指数和SPSS分层聚类树形图表明:板角山羊与川东白山羊之间的遗传距离较远;重庆黑山羊和板角山羊的遗传距离较近, 2者有着密切的亲缘关系。结果还发现,板角山羊、川东白山羊和重庆黑山羊群体都具有一定的遗传稳定性。
RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNAs) analysis was performed to investigate genetic polymorphisms of pooled genomic DNA from 3 native goat breeds in Chongqing (Banjiao Goat, Chuandong White Goat and Chongqing Black Goat) and their genetic relationship. Twleve polymorphic primers were screened from 100 random primers and they produced 16 polymorphic RAPD markers. The genetic distance index and the SPSS hierarchical cluster analysis indicated that the genetic distance between Banjiao Goat and Chuandong White Goat was rather great, while Banjiao Goat and Chongqing Black Goat were closely related genetically. The populations of all the 3 breeds studied showed considerable genetic stability.
