摘要
主要介绍了Sm、Sm/Hg、Sm/TMSCl等钐试剂促进卡宾的生成从而与羟基定向的烯丙基醇、α-连烯醇、2-氯-3-羟基酰胺等进行环丙烷化反应,体现了高产率、好的立体选择性、高反应活性等优点.
By the use of samarium,samarium/mercury amalgam,samarium/TMSCl in combination with diiodomethane or chloroiodomethane, carbine is generated. Sequently, hydroxyl-directed cyclopropanation of allylic alcohols,α-allenic alcohols,and 2-chloro-3-hydroxyamides are generated, which embodies high yield rate, high stereoscopic selectivity and high flexibility.
