摘要
作者１９９０年３月～１９９２年１２月间用改良法行缝匠肌代股四头肌术１００例。认为缝匠肌远段缺血致肌纤维变性是术后功能不良的重要原因。对缝匠肌代股四头肌术的传统做法主要作了以下改进：１．保留缝匠肌中段的血管；２．低张力下固定肌止点；３．循序渐进的功能锻炼方法。８９例经７个月～２年６个月随访，９６．
Abstract
Form March 1990 to December l992,atotal of 100 cases with paralyzed quadricepsowing to
anterior poliomyelitis were treatedsurgically by improved transfer of sartoriusto replace
quadriceps. The authors consid-ered that ischemia of sartorius is the impor-tant reason of
degenration of the muscle.Main improvement of the operation compar-ing with traditional
method were in follow-ing:remaining the vessels in the middlepart of sartorius;2.fixing the end
of sarto-rius in relaxing condition;3.doing function-al exercise step by step.89 cases were
avail-able for follow-up after 7～30 months. Therate of excellent and good result reached
96.6%.
