摘要
邓小平曾提出了“韬光养晦”和“有所作为”的中国外交战略思想。本文对“韬光养晦”和“有所作为”之间的辨证关系作了分析,指出进入21世纪,中国外交仍然要贯彻邓小平这一外交战略思想。
“Keeping a low profile' and “doing something' are parts of the international strategy put forward by the late leader Deng Xiao-ping to guide China's diplomacy. This paper, analyzing the dialectic relationship between the two apparently conflicting principles, argues that they are still of high relevance to the Chinese diplomacy in the 21~st century.
