摘要
对政府举办农村乡镇卫生院的涵义进行了界定,提出政府对乡镇卫生院的举办其核心就是政府对乡镇卫生院的所有权,这种所有权通过投入取得。同时对政府举办乡镇卫生院实践中存在的问题,结合相关经济学理论对政府举办乡镇卫生院的必要性进行了阐述,并对政府举办乡镇卫生院的途径进行了分类。最终对政府举办乡镇卫生院的可行途径提出了若干建议。
The paper first has defined the definition of government holding rural township hospital and pointed out the core is government has township hospitals ownership acquired by inputs. The paper not only expatiates on indispensability of government holding township hospital by the problems of practice and relevant economic theories but also classifies the pathway of government holding township hospital. Finally the paper gives some advice of the feasible pathway.
