摘要
目的:探讨以人参汤为主治疗虚寒性胸痹心痛的作用机理及应用前景。方法:将60例胸痹心痛患者随机分为治疗组30例,服用人参汤加昧,对照组30例,口服复方丹参片,4周为1个疗程。记录心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量及次数、胸痹心痛证候积分、各组药物起效时限及持续时限。治疗前后分别检测心电图、血脂、血液流变学指标。结果:治疗组与对照组在缓解心绞痛总有效率、胸痹心痛证候疗效总有效率、心电图改善总有效率及证候药效起效时限和持续时限方面差异均有显著性(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血脂和血液流变学指标与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:人参汤加昧治疗虚寒性胸痹心痛起效快,持续时限长,对缓解心绞痛发作、改善胸痹心痛证候疗效明显,并且对心电图、血脂、血液流变学指标有明显改善作用。
Objective:To probe into the mechanism and application prospect of modified Renshen Decoction for treatment of deficiency-cold type precordial pain due to obstruction of Qi in the chest.Methods:60 cases of precordial pain due to obstruction of Qi in the chest were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30)treated by oral administration of modified Rensben Decoction,and a control group(n=30)treated by oral Compound Danshen Tablet.4 weeks constituted one course.Paroxysm times of angina pectoris, dosage and times of nitroglycerinum,cumulative score of the pain syndrome,the time of medicine producing action and the lasting time of the medical action were recorded,and electrocardiogram(ECG),blood lipids,hemorheological indexes before and after treatment were detected.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in total effective rates for alleviating angina pectoris,precordial pain,improvement of ECG,and the time of medicine producing action and the lasting time of medical action(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There were very significant differences in blood lipids and hemorheological indexes of the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01),and after treatment there were significant differences between the two groups in blood lipids and hemorheological indexes(P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified Renshen Decoction has significant therapeutic effects in relieving angina pectoris,improving precordial pain,with fast and longer-lasting action,and it has significant actions of improving ECG,blood lipid,hemorheological indexes.
