摘要
目的:收集《太平圣惠方》中治疗胸痹心痛的方剂,总结其用药规律。方法:检索《太平圣惠方》中治疗胸痹心痛的方剂,建立数据库,将纳入方剂借助Excel 2019进行药物频次统计,利用古今医案云平台(V2.3.5)进行性味归经统计、功效统计、关联规则分析,通过Cytoscape 3.7.2软件构建中药核心复杂共现网络。结果:共收集154首方剂,包括184味中药,总用药频次1199次,高频使用药物有肉桂(95次)、当归(64次)、木香(58次)、槟榔(47次)、白术(41次)、吴茱萸(40次)、人参(40次)、干姜(40次)等;四气11种,以温、平、大热为主;五味涉及12种,其中辛、苦、甘占比最大;归经以脾、胃经为主;功效分类307种,散寒止痛、补火助阳最为常见;关联规则分析获得7种高频药对,当归-肉桂、木香-肉桂、吴茱萸-肉桂位居前3位,常用药物可聚为5类,复杂网络分析筛选出当归、肉桂、木香、槟榔、吴茱萸、人参、白术、干姜、赤芍9种中药,药物多有温阳、理气、活血、益气之效。结论:初步探索出《太平圣惠方》中治疗胸痹心痛方剂的用药规律以“通”为治疗原则,重用气味辛苦甘温之品以温阳通脉、活血通脉、行气通脉,气血同调思想突出。
Objective:Collect the prescriptions in Taiping Shenghui Fang for treating chest stuffiness and pain,and summarize the rules of medication.Methods:The prescriptions in the Taiping Shenghui Fang section of the Chinese Medical Canon for the treatment of chest stuffiness and pain,were searched and to establish a database.The included prescriptions were statistically analyzed for drug frequency using Excel 2019.The Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)were used for the statistics of flavor and meridian statistics,efficacy statistics,and association rule analysis.The core complex co-occurrence network of traditional Chinese medicine was constructed using the Cytoscape 3.7.2 software.Results:A total of 154 prescriptions were collected,including 184 herbal medicines,with total frequency of 1199 times.The high-frequency drugs used were cinnamon(95 times),angelica(64 times),mucuna pruriens(58 times),betel nut(47 times),atractylodes(41 times),cornelian(40 times),ginseng(40 times),and dry ginger(40 times),etc.There were 11 types of four Qi,mainly warm,flat and great heat.There were 12 flavors involved,among which the flavors of pungent,bitter and sweet accounted for the largest proportion.The meridians mainly included the spleen meridian and the stomach meridian.The efficacy classification included 307 types,and dispersing cold and relieving pain,tonifying fire and helping yang were the most common.The association rule analysis identified 7 frequently occurring drug pairs,with Angelica-Cinnamon,Muxiang-Cinnamon and Wuzhuyu-Cinnamon.Common drugs could be classified into five categories.Complex network analysis showed 9 traditional Chinese medicines,including Angelica,cinnamon,Muxiang,Betel nut,Wuzhuyu,ginseng,atractylodes,dried ginger,and red peony.These drugs generally showed the effects of warming Yang,regulating Qi,invigorating Blood and benefiting Qi.Conclusion:The initial exploration revealed that the Taiping Shenghui Fang follows the principle of"Tong"in treating chest stuffiness and pain,with the hard-smelling,sweet and warm products to warm the Yang,invigorate the Blood and move the Qi,and the idea of harmonizing the Qi and Blood.
