洞庭湖区日本血吸虫病流行因素定量分析 被引量:1

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS ON EPIDEMIC FACTORS OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS JAPONICA IN DONGTING LAKE REGION

摘要 对洞庭湖区15个有代表性的血吸虫病流行村的血吸虫病流行各个环节进行了定量分析。发现血吸虫病人多集中在沿湖居住的居民中,男性以从事生产性接触疫水的感染率较高,女性则以从事生活性接触疫水感染率较高;血吸虫病情与感染历史及性别有关,也与年龄及感染度有关。各类传染源中以耕牛及外来流动人群为主,但不同疫区各类传染源在传播中的地位不同。易感地带的钉螺及感染性钉螺以草洲为多,感染性钉螺密度及分布与传染源的种类与数量有关,但不论感染性钉螺的分布范围如何,血吸虫病高危易感地带总是沿湖呈带状分布。 This paper has quantitatively analysed the various epidemic factors of Schistoso-miasis japonica in Dongting lake region.The results showed that patients with schistosomiasisjaponica were the residents living along the lakeside.The prevalence and intensity were related tothe frequency of water contact. The morbidity(symptoms and signs)was closely related to the his-tory of infection,intensity of infection and sex. In young age group the occurrance rate of symp-toms of schistosomiasis was higher than that in elder age group;and on the contrary, the occur-rence rate of physical signs of schistosomiasis in young age group was much lower than that in el-der age group. The main infectious sources of schistosomiasis in Dongting lake region are farmcattles in dry season and migrating people in flood season.But the roles of various infectioussources are different in various endemic areas. In transmission sites the density of snails was high-est in grass beaches.The density and distribution of infected snails were closely related to the sortand number of infectious sources. Despite the diversity of the distribution and density of infectedsnails ,the high risk transmission site of schistosomiasis japonica is a consistent belt area along thelake in Dongting Lake region.
