酵米面黄杆菌新血清型(O—Ⅵ)的研究 被引量:2

摘要 从河北沧州地区变质银耳中毒及唐山、秦皇岛酵米面中毒送检菌株共获得14株菌,均符合酵米面黄杆菌的特征,但其产毒量明显不同,一般在100~400μg/ml,有的仅为0.01或<0.01μg/ml。用现有的酵米面黄杆菌血清分型,3株为O-Ⅳ型,3株为--Ⅴ型,其余8株未能分型,经过免疫血清吸收试验,证明此8株菌为一新型的(O-Ⅵ)酵米面黄杆菌。 14 strains of bacteria were isolated from food poisoning samples of detrinonated tremella in Cangzhou District. Hebei Province, and from fermented corn flour in Tangshan City and Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. The characteristics of these bacteria conformed fully to those of F farinofermentans, but the amount of toxin yield was considerably different. Most were 100-400μg/ml, and very few were 0.01, even<0.01 μg/ml. In serotyping, 3 strains were type O-Ⅳ, 3 strains were type O-Ⅴ,the remainder 8 strains were unable to be typed by present typing serum of F farinofermentans By immune serum absorption test,these 8 strains were typed as a new serotye of F.farinofermentans(O-Ⅵ) .
