摘要
如果把翻译本身看成一个系统,这是一个充满了各种不确定性的、非线性的、极其复杂的混沌系统。翻译的混沌是由各种变量决定的。但是,翻译并不是完全没有秩序的,某些变量稳定下来就产生了一些规范。翻译作业和研究首先应该建立在承认混沌的基础上,然后确定临时的、相对的秩序。
If we view translation as a system, then it must be a complex, non-linear and chaotic system full of uncertainties. The chaos of translation has been brought about by various variables. However, the settling down of certain variables may give rise to certain norms. Translation practice and research should be done with a recognition of the state of chaos and with a view of implementing a provisional and relative order.
