纳米X-型沸石制备及其对含铅废水处理试验 被引量:11

摘要 用水热合成法合成了纳米级X 型沸石分子筛,并采用透射电镜(TEM)和X 射线衍射(XRD)进行了表征。研究了纳米X 型沸石分子筛对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附。考察了纳米X 沸石分子筛用量、pH值、吸附时间和温度对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附去除的影响。结果表明,在50mL质量浓度为25mg L的含铅水样中,投加0 03g纳米X 型沸石分子筛用量在pH约为4 0,温度为20℃,吸附时间为5min,去除率达到99 52%。最大吸附量可达150mg g以上。采用1mol L的HCl能较完全洗脱纳米级X 型沸石分子筛所吸附的Pb(Ⅱ)。表明纳米级X 型沸石分子筛能循环使用,可应用于含铅废水的处理。 Nano-meter X-zeolite has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, and it has been characterized by TEM and XRD.The adsorption of lead ion(Ⅱ) by nano-meter X-zeolite has been studied.The effects of the dosage of nano-meter X-zeolite,pH value, time of contaction and the temperature of wastewater on the absorption of Pb(Ⅱ)by nano-meter X-zeolite are analyzed.The results show that the removal ratio was 99.52% in 50 mL wastewater with the lead ion(Ⅱ) concentration of 25 mg/L when the pH value was keeping at 4,stirring for five minutes at 20℃ by adding 0.03 g the nano-meter X-zeolite.The max absorption was over 150 mg/g.Pb(Ⅱ) was absolutely eluted by 1 mol/L HCl solution.The absorption percentage of the recovered nano-meter X-zeolite remained high.The method can be used to treat Pb(Ⅱ) in water.
