摘要
以4A沸石为载体,采用浸渍法制备负载型氧化铈改性沸石催化剂,在过氧化氢为氧化剂的条件下,用以处理泥磷制取次磷酸钠产生的高浓度磷化氢。考察了不同制备条件对催化剂催化性能的影响,并采用SEM对催化剂进行表征。研究结果表明:当浸渍液pH值为7,浓度为0.1mol/L,焙烧温度为500℃时催化剂表现出较强的催化活性,磷化氢吸收转化的效果最好;结合实验及表征结果,推断因催化活性组分在过氧化氢溶液中溶出,造成催化剂失活。使用3次后磷化氢转化率下降到25.7%,再生能够使催化剂催化活性恢复到使用前99%的水平。
In order to obtain a more effective treatment method for PH3 in the tail gas from the preparation of sodium hypophosphite by phosphorous sludge under the condition of hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant, the 4A zeolite supported ceria modifying catalyst was prepared. The effects of preparation conditions were studied on the catalytic oxidation properties of the model-Ce zeolite catalyst, and the catalyst was characterized by a scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that the absorption and conversion of PH3 reached the maximum under the conditions of pH 7, 0.1mol/L impregnating solution and cremation temperature at 500℃. The characterization indicated that the active component dissolved in hydrogen peroxide caused catalyst deactivation, and after being used for three times, the conversion of PH3 decreased to 25.7%. Regeneration could resume the activity of the used catalyst to 99% of its original level
