公共汽车噪声振动测量及对女司乘人员生育机能影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 对北京市内公共汽车噪声及全身振动进行了测定,并对公共汽车女司乘人员进行工时测定和生育机能调查。结果表明,公共汽车行驶中车厢内噪声为中等强度,噪声范围72.0~86.5dB(A),全身振动强度,司机及乘务员座椅处垂直振动加速度超过了ISO2631规定的疲劳-减效界限,但未超过4小时暴露极限,水平方向振动均不超标。女司乘人员平均每日实际接触全身振动5小时。回顾性调查表明,女司乘人员接触全身振动1年以上,月经异常发生率显著高于对照组,其中周期异常及重度痛经发生率均高于对照组;女司乘人员自然流产发生率高于对照组,但差异无显著性。 he noise and vibration parameters were measured on the bus in the city of Beijing andtheir effect on 499 women drivers and condu-ctions were studied.A control group of 441 womenwas used for comparison. The results showed that thelevel of noise in the moving coach was of intermediatedegree , ranging from 70.2dB(A).to 86.5dB (A).The whole-body vibration intensity measure ment re-vealed that vertical vibration acceleration exceedid thevalue recommended in ISO 2631,however it did not ex-ceed that of upper limit for 4 hours exposure. Horizon-tal vibration was in below the hggienic stardard.Thesefemale workers exposed to such vibration for 5 hoursper day on the average. The retrospective studyshowed that incedence of menstrual abnormality washigher in the exposed group(exposure for more than 1year)than that of control.Incidence of abnormal men-strual cycle and severe degree of dysmenorrhea werehigher in the exposed group.The incidence of sponta-neous miscarriage was also higher in the exposedgroup than that of control,yet,the difference was notstatistically significance.
