摘要
以人为本的思想和理念在当今各行各业的管理中都有着重要的位置和明显的作用。在高校学生思想政治教育工作中树立和体现"以人为本"的理念,能够促进青年大学生健康成长和全面发展。本文就"以人为本"理念的涵义,高校学生思想政治教育工作树立和体现"以人为本"理念的原因、方法和途径做了理解和经验性的论述。
The Idea 'Human is the Foundation ' plays an important role in the present administration of all lines. The idea 'Human is the Foundation' should be embodied and developed in the ideological education in colleges and universities. And this idea can make the youth to grow healthily and developed in an all-round way. This article elaborate the implication of the reason , the method of the idea'Human is the Foundation '.
