The paper,with the combination of China’s reality,begins from the theoretical analysis of the regional inteˉgration and the effect of its incoming foreign capital and then proposes the establishment of coordinating mechanismof FDI policies under the CAFTA framework and the adjustment of China’s policies on the introduction of foreign capital.
