摘要
尝试利用经体外受精技术获得的296枚2～16细胞阶段的猪早期胚胎进行手术法,移植了3头自然发情的本地母猪。结果表明,有一头在第2个发情周期(42d)返情(可能怀孕但流产),2头受体母猪在第一个发情周期返情(21d)。
Two hundred and ninety six early embryos of 2-16-cell stage from pig produced in vitro were surgically transferred into three naturally estrous Guangxi-native female recipient pigs.The result showed that one of the recipients returned to estrus after two estrous cycles (42 days) (perhaps got pregnant but aborted) and the other two returned to estrus after one estrous cycle (21 days).
