摘要
用4个不育系与6个恢复系组成4×6不完全双列杂交作配合力分析,结果宜恢1577一般配合力相对效应值为4 351,明恢63为-2 168,所以宜恢1577一般配合力优于明恢63;以冈优1577为例对用宜恢1577所配组合进行品种稳定性分析,结果冈优1577稳定性分析的F值为1 81378,未达显著标准,汕优63稳定性分析的F值为1 40327,未达显著标准,二者F值接近,所以冈优1577同汕优63一样存在较好的稳定性,用宜恢1577所配其他品种的稳定性的分析结果也同汕优63相当,即也存在较好的稳定性。
The combining ability of Yihui1577 was analyzed by incomplete diallel crossing with 4 CMS lines and 6 restorer lines.The result showed the general combining ability effect for Yihui1577 was 4.351,and -2.168 for Minghui63.The stability analysis showed the F value was 1.8137 for Gangyou 1577,and 1.40327 for Shanyou 63.Significant difference was not observed between F values of Gangyou 1577 and Shanyou 63.Therefore Gangyou 1577 had good stability as well as Shanyou 63.The same conclusion was concluded by the stability analysis of the breeds of Ⅱyou1577,Yixiang1577,Nyou1577.
