细胞间粘附分子-1的表达在胎儿生长受限发病中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)与胎儿生长受限(FGR)发病的关系.方法:对2001年1月~2003年12月间38例胎儿生长受限孕妇(FGR组)和40例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)分娩后的胎盘和脐带组织进行分析,采用免疫组织化学法(免疫组化)测定两组孕妇分娩后的胎盘和脐带组织细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达强度.结果:①FGR组胎盘绒毛血管内皮细胞中ICAM-1的表达强度为73.68%(28例),与正常组30%(12例)比较显著增高,差异有显著性意义(x2=14.88,P<0.01);FGR组脐带的脐血管内皮细胞中ICAM-1阳性表达为68.42%(26例)与正常组27.5%(11例)比较差异有显著性意义(x2=13.09,P<0.01).②FGR组胎盘重量(464g±57 g)较正常对照组(570 g±72 g)显著下降(P<0.01).③FGR组新生儿体重(2 212.50 g±188.37 g)较对照组(3 309.38 g±400.69 g)显著下降(P<0.01).结论:细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的增强在FGR发病中可能具有重要意义.ICAM-1与胎盘的免疫病理损伤有关,可能是FGR发病机制中的一个重要环节. Objective:To explore the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) expression and incidence of fetal growth restriction (FGR). Methods:Placenta and umbilicus of 38 pregnant women with FGR and 40 normal controls from Jan 2001 to Dec 2003 were analyzed. The ICAM-1 expressions in both groups were determined by immunohistochemistry assay. Results:①ICAM-1 expressions in placenta (73.68%) and umbilicus tissues (68.24%) in FGR group were significantly higher than that in placenta (30%) and umbilicus tissues (27.5%) in controls ( χ 2=14.88, P<0.01;χ 2=13.09, P <0.01). ②The placenta weight in FGR group 〔(464±57)g〕 were significantly lower than that in normal controls 〔(570±72)g〕 ( P <0.01). ③The neonates' weight in FGR group 〔(2 212.50±188.37)g〕 were significantly lower than that in normal controls 〔(3 309.38±400.69)g〕 ( P <0.01).Conclusion:ICAM-1 expression enhancement should play an important role in incidence of FGR, which could be related to immune pathological changes of placenta, might be a key of pathogenesis of FGR.
