概括了食药用真菌抗菌抗病毒的特性和药理作用,以及国内外在该方面的研究情况,并介绍了利用原生质体融合技术和基因工程技术选育具有高效抗病作用的食药用真菌的方法原理。希望通过本文的介绍,能鼓励研究人员深入研究食药用真菌抗菌抗病毒的特性,并为其提供利用现代生物技术进行良种选育的新思路。
The antibacterial and antivirus action of medicinal edible fungus were reviewed in this paper. In the meantime, the application of protoplast fusion and gene engineering in genetic breeding of medicinal edible fungi were also described briefly in this paper. The aim is to encourage the research on the antibacterial and antivirus characters of medicinal edible fungus, and provide new ways for genetic breeding of medicinal edible fungi through modern biological technology.
