摘要
电力工业改组, 发电和供电市场化已在世界范围多个国家展开。英国电力工业私有化改革处于各参与国的领先地位。对英国电力工业发展各个阶段的主要特征及其电力工业发展的总体情况作了概括介绍。英国电力工业改革进程中的不同阶段及其电力工业的总体发展状况对我国电力工业的发展具有一定的参考价值。
Reconstruction of power industry has been undertaking in many countries around the world. As a consequence, the traditional vertical monopoly in the power industry has been broken. Generation and supply are unbundled from transmission and competition mechanisms have been introduced into the generation and supply sectors. UK is in a leading position in the power industry evolution world-wide. This paper depicts the overall development of UK power industry. The main stages of this development are introduced and their main features are briefly summarized.
