摘要
目的:研究大豆异黄酮(SI)对脑缺血再灌注(I/R)小鼠抗氧化系统的作用。方法:80只昆明种雄性小鼠按体重随机分为假手术组,模型对照组,低、中、高SI剂量组(10、20、60mg/kg)。给药3周后采用线栓法制备I/R模型,缺血1h,再灌注6h。断头取脑,测脑匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果:中、高剂量SI组可明显提高SOD活力;高剂量SI组可降低MDA含量;而3个剂量组对GSH-Px活力的影响均不明显。结论:大豆异黄酮对脑缺血再灌注小鼠的抗氧化能力有一定提高。
Objective: To investigate the effects of soybean isoflavones(SI; on antioxidant system in mice with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods: 80 kunming male mice, assigned randomly by weight into sham operation, model, low, middle and high SI dosage groups( The dosages were 10,20,60 mg/kg;. 3 weeks later, the mice were made into the model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion by suture method, 1 hour for ischemia, another 6 hours for reperfusion. Taking the brain of the mice to determine the content of MDA and activity of SOD and GSH-Px in brain homogenate. Results: The activity of SOD in the middle- and high-dose groups were improved remarkably; the level of MDA in the high-dose group decreased; no obvious differences of the activity of GSH-Px were found in any group. Conclusion: SI plays some roles in enhancing the function of antioxidant system in the mice with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
