交链孢酚单甲醚对人淋巴细胞内环核苷酸水平的影响

摘要 淋巴细胞内环核苷酸水平的变化与免疫功能有关。交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)是食管癌高发区河南省林县粮食中分离的主要污染菌互隔交链孢霉(亦称链格孢菌)的毒素之一,已有实验证实AME具有致突变性和致癌性。本实验从体外探讨了AME对人淋巴细胞内环核苷酸水平的影响。实验结果表明,AME能增高淋巴细胞内cAMP水平,不同浓度的AME在不同作用时点上,使细胞内cAMP含量比相应对照组升高1.5~2.0倍,并且在同一时点,随AME浓度的增高,cAMP水平亦有增高的趋势。但AME对淋巴细胞内cGMP水平无显著影响。结果提示AME能提高淋巴细胞内cAMP水平,对细胞免疫功能可能有抑制作用。 Intracellular cyclic nucleotides are related to immune function,Alternariol monomethylether(AME)is one of the mycotoxins from the main contaminative fungus.Alternaria alternataisolated from the mouldy grain in Linxian County where high incidence of esophageal cancer wasfound in Henan province.It has been shown that AME has mutagenicity and carcinogenicity. Theeffect of AME on intrilcellular cyclic nucleotides levels(in vitro)of human lymphocytes wasinvestigated.Results showed that AME could increase thc cAMP levels 1.5 to 2.0 times withdifferent concentration at different time points,and at the same time point with increase of AMEconcentration there was an enhance tendency. But therc was not any significant effect of AME oncGMP levels.The date suggested that AME could inhibit cellular immune by increasing the cAMPlevels in human lymphocytes.
