摘要
心血管外科的监护室拥有大量的医疗信息.基于监护室内的医疗信息的统计分析,促使了重症病人的器官功能判定与预后的预测模型的相继问世并得到了广泛应用.一旦实现心血管外科专业数据库与专家数据库、决策支持系统、医院信息系统的有效整合,就可充分发挥医院信息系统的高级功能,实现医疗信息最大程度的利用,实现医疗决策的智能化与管理决策的自动化.
Cardiovascular surgery ICU owns plentiful medical information. Based on statistics of medical information in ICU, numerous important organic function judgments models and prognosis prediction models were developed and applied in clinic broadly. Nowadays many successful hospital information systems (HIS) are originated from cardiovascular surgery ICU. When cardiovascular database is integrated effectively into expert system, decide support system and HIS someday, the superior functions of HIS will be exerted greatly. If so, medical information will be used maximally, and intelligence of medical decisions making and automatization of management decisions will come true.
