摘要
目的 调查我区乡镇卫生院的医院感染管理现状,提出改进措施。方法 采用统一的问卷调查表及现场查看方式,对27所乡镇卫生院的医院感染管理,包括组织管理、消毒隔离、一次性医疗用品的使用、垃圾分装、污水处理等进行调查和评价。结果 27所乡镇卫生院均无组织管理体系,消毒隔离、垃圾分装工作不到位且无专人负责监管。结论 乡镇卫生院应健全组织、完善制度、落实人员、强化培训、提高意识;卫生执法部门应加强对乡镇卫生院医院感染管理的督查。
OBJECTIVE To investigite nosocomial infection management conditions and put forward to improvement methods at country′s hospital in our district. METHODS To investigate and assess the nosocomial infection managements including organization management, disinfection and isolation, different packing of refuses,the using of disposable medical articles, polluted water handling at the 27 country′s hospitals by questionnaires and field survey methods. RESULTS There were no organized management system, without disinfection and isolation or different packing of refuses, and there were no special people in charge of it. CONCLUSIONS It should be set up organization, improved consciousness, fulfilled people to strengthen study and improved system. The goal of the nosocomial infection management should be strengthened by the authority department.
