摘要
【目的】研究1(邻溴苄基)6,7甲二氧基2甲基3,4二氢异喹啉碘盐(O BBMMDI)对实验性心律失常模型的影响。【方法】采用乌头碱、氯化钡、肾上腺素和结扎左冠状动脉前降支方法制备大鼠心律失常模型,观察O BBMMDI的保护作用。【结果】O BBMMDI可明显对抗乌头碱、氯化钡所致的大鼠心律失常,延长心律失常诱发时间,缩短心律失常持续时间;对肾上腺素和结扎左冠状动脉前降支所诱发的大鼠心律失常也有一定的对抗作用,并可减轻结扎造成的心肌缺血。【结论】O BBMMDI可对抗大鼠心律失常模型,提示其具有良好的抗心律失常作用。
The purpose is to study the antiarrhythmic effects of 1-(O-bromobenzyl)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro isoquinoline(O-BBMMDI).Aconitine,BaCl_2,Adrenalin and Ligating coronary artery were used to induce experimental arrhythmia models in rats.Observed if O-BBMMDI had antiarrhythmic effects.The results showed that O-BBMMDI has obvious antiarrhythmic effects in Aconitine and BaCl_2 induced arrhythmia models.O-BBMMDI significantly prolonged the onset of arrhythmia,decreased the duration.And in Adrenalin and Ligating coronary artery induced arrhythmia model.O-BBMMDI had some antiarrhythmic effects.It showed effect of protecting cardiac muscle in the period of ligating coronary artery.[Conclusion]The effects of antiarrhythmia on experimental models in rats showed that O-BBMMDI had obvious antiarrhythmic effects.
