The study of glycometabolism and lipid metabolism in juvenile obesity

摘要 目的 观察肥胖青少年糖、脂代谢的变化及特点,探讨肥胖对青少年糖、脂代谢的影响。方法 对194名学生进行了OGTT(75 g葡萄糖)及胰岛素释放实验,测定血脂、空腹和餐后2 h血糖、胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果 肥胖青少年空腹及糖负荷后血浆胰岛素水平高于正常体质量青少年,脂代谢状况明显比正常体质量青少年差,平均血压明显高于正常体质量青少年。结论 青少年在肥胖早期即存在糖、脂代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗,因此青少年超重可能对成年早期动脉硬化的发生有影响,从而可能影响成年以后的病死率和死亡率。 Objective To observe the features of juvenile obesity and its effect on glycometabolism and lipid metabolism. Methods A total of 194 students aged from 12 to 18 were selected for our study. The assessment included serum lipid concentration, a 75 g OGTT and insulin releasing test. Blood glucose, insulin and the blood lipids were measured. Results Compared with the control group, blood pressure, serum Fins (fasting insulin) and Pins 2h (2-hour postprandial insulin) in the obesity group were higher and were statistically distinguished by the t-test (P<0.05) . Lipid metabolism in the healthy control group was better than the obesity group. Conclusion Juvenile obesity usually coexist with the risk factors of cardiovascular disease mentioned above, so it may lead to higher morbidity and mortality in future.
