摘要
分析了现有区域水资源承载力研究中存在的问题,阐明区域水资源承载力与可持续发展的关系,探讨了水资源承载力的内涵,指出水资源承载力是区域最大可利用水资源支持条件下获得综合效益最大的社会经济与环境发展模式。建立了区域水资源承载力计算模型,并提出水资源承载力计算中应解决的几个问题。
Current problems of water resources carrying capacity are analyzed,and relations between water resources carrying capacity and sustainable development are described.At the same time,connotations of water resources carrying capacity are studied,and this paper points out that water resources carrying capacity is based on support of the largest exploited water resources,the region should manages its society, economy and environment for to reach largest integratied benefits.The Calculation model of water resources carrying capacity is set up,and some questions about it are brought out.
