摘要
目的:为临床药物分析提供一种简便、快速的分析方法。方法:准确量取复方阿司匹林、安痛定、感克三种滤液1 .5mL和非那西丁标准溶液适量,用紫外-可见分光光度计测吸光度A。结果:三种样品的平均回收率分别为:1 0 0 .6%、1 0 0 .1 %、99.2 7%。标准偏差为0 .35 5 %、0 .2 63%、0 .5 98%。结论:本方法快速、简便,所用试剂简单,适用于复方药物中非那西丁单一组分含量的测定。
Objective: To provide a kind of simple and quickly analytical method for the clinical medicine analyzation. Methods: Accurately take three kinds of filtrate 1.5 mL and the right amount of phenacetin standard aqua , measuring the degree of the absorbency A with ultraviolet―radiationvisible light spectrophotometry。 Result:The average recovery rate of three kinds of samples respectively is:100.6%,100.1%,99.27%. The standard deviation is 0.355%,0.263%,0.598%.Conclusion:This method is fast and simple. be applicable to the measurement of phenacetin from compound prescribe medicine.
