Galectin-3及RAGE和糖尿病视网膜病变 被引量:1

摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)是糖尿病视网膜病变的主要发病机制之一。它既可与AGEs受体(RAGE)结合激活核因子κB、促进血管内皮细胞生长因子等细胞因子过度表达,引起白细胞黏附、聚集和活化、周细胞凋亡、内皮细胞活化、新生血管形成等;又可通过galectin3诱导内皮细胞分化和新生血管形成、增加血视网膜屏障通透性等,最终导致糖尿病视网膜病变。由此可见,研究RAGE在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用机制为糖尿病视网膜病变的防治带来了新希望。
