摘要
在需求分析的基础上 ,提出将协同设计、供应链管理、客户关系管理和ASP服务作为轻纺区域网络化制造系统的重点 ,建立了一个由基础层、系统核心层、应用服务层和门户层组成的轻纺区域网络化制造系统 ,并详细介绍了系统的功能。给出了基于多Agent的应用服务提供机制。提出了虚拟ASP服务的概念 ,建立了面向业务的虚拟ASP服务过程模型。探讨了轻纺区域网络化制造系统的实施模式和商业模式。
Collaborative product design, supply chain management, customer relationship management and ASP service are the main requirements for networked manufacturing in textile region. The system architecture for textile regional networked manufacturing system (TRNMS) was introduced, which composed of basic layer, core layer, application service layer and portal layer. The main functions of TRNMS were presented in detail and the mechanism of application server provider based on multi-agent in TRNMS was described. The concept of virtual ASP service was put forward, and the process model of business-oriented service integration was established. The application model and business model for TRNMS were also discussed.
