摘要
由黑曲霉CPu菌株用60Coγ射线诱变处理,经初筛、复筛,获得5株酸性蛋白酶变异菌株。其中6042菌株的形态变异株酸性蛋白活力比出发菌株提高近4倍,经多次传代酶活力稳定。用福林法测定,酸性蛋白酶活力高达2.3万u/g曲。经形态鉴定菌落大小和孢子颜色与原始菌株有明显差异。
Five strains of acid protease are obtained by the method of 60Coγ-rays inducing treatment on the Aspergillus niger cellulase strain CPu.It is morphologically identified that the object strain is created,and the enzyme activity is stable through generations Analysed by the Folin Method,the greatest activity of the acid protease reaches 23,000u g.Significant differences exist bctween the mutant strain and the original one in terms of colony size as well as colour of spores.
