打造北起新乡、南至漯河,包括郑州都市农业圈在内的沿京广铁路大农业产业带,使之成为与郑洛工业走廊相呼应的产业密集区,既是推进河南农业现代化、提升农产品竞争力的需要,也是发挥优势、增强实力、奠定城市群和中原崛起的产业基础的要求。
The agricultural belt is to be zoned north from Xinxiang city and south to Luohe city, including the metropolitan agricultural area of Zhengzhou city. And the intensive industrial area is to be constructed in cooperation with Zhengzhou-Luoyang industrial corridor.This is the demand of speeding up Henan agri- cultural modernization and elevating the market competitive capacity of Henan agricultural products.Mean- while it is the requirement for Henan to demonstrate its advantages,to build up its strength,and to lay a foundation for the central Henan urban agglomeration plus the upsurging industry of Central Plains.
