摘要
对ns级基频脉冲的激光三倍频效率高于55%的目标,笔者提出了一种高转换效率倍频系统精密调整架的精度设计方法,同时应用这种方法研制了二台D380mm大口镜倍频器调整架,达到了预期的设计技术指标,成功地应用在惯性约束核聚变(ICF)实验中。
Based on the aim of enhancing the efficiency of three times frequency-conversion of laser of ns basic frequency impulse to 55 percent, this paper brings forward a new method of accuracy design with a high efficiency of frequency-conversion scheme and on the basis of this method we developed two frequency-conversion scheme with D380mm, large-aperture , which obtained prospective technical indexes and have been applied into the experiment of ICF.
