摘要
移动电子设备如笔记本电脑、移动电话等在人们日常生活中已普遍使用。其可靠性及故障率是选用此类产品时最关心的问题。在移动电子设备的失效分析中发现,由连接器失效引起的设备故障占有相当的比重,其中动态环境的影响是不可忽略的因素。本文以手机连接器为对象,用有限元方法对手机中常用的连接器进行了动态响应分析,与连接器的故障分析进行对比,找出了动态环境对连接器可靠性的影响因素,为连接器结构设计提供了动态环境的分析方法与依据。
Currently, the Mobile Electronic Equipments, such as, Laptop, Mobile phone, have been commonly used in our daily life.The key points are the reliability and ratio of failure of such equipments when selecting them. According to the failure analysis of the Mobile Equipments, most failure of equipments is caused by Connector Failure. Especially, such failure become worse when Mobile equipments are used in a dynamic environment. The article takes Connector of Mobile phone as studying object, takes advantage of FEM as tool of analysis, and compare the FEM simulation of Connector failure with the real one, then find out the effect factor of Dynamic environment on the Connector failure, which provides an analysis method for Connector design in Dynamic environment.
