摘要
本文根据旱涝史料，运用旱涝等级评定法，对河南省境内淮河流域１４７０～１９４９年逐年的旱涝状况进行了评定；并采用“区域综合法”，重建了河南省境内淮河流域１４７０～１９４９年的旱涝等级序列。
Based on the drought and waterlogging data in historical period,the drought waterlogging states in the Huaihe River Basin(Henan province) from 1470 to 1949 have been evaluated yearly by the'Evaluation Method of Drought Waterlogging Grade' in this paper,through which the authors have reconsturcted the historical drought and waterlogging grade sequence in the Huaihe River Basin of Henan province,using the'Synthetical Regional Method'.
