摘要
从宏观上根据我国杂交水稻的发展对我国水稻雄性不育性遗传学的研究划分为3个时期,并对每个时期的研究背景、特点和主要成果进行了综合述评。针对目前三系杂交水稻和两系杂交水稻的发展现状和面临的问题,作为指导杂交水稻育种的理论科学及其研究方向,应以表型推论基因型为基础转变为以直接分析DNA序列变化为基础,即实现从孟德尔遗传学到基因组遗传学的转变。
According to its background and characteristics,the hybrid rice male sterility genetics research in China has undergone three periods. The first period is from the middle of 1960s to the middle of 1970s, in which the hybrid rice research in China was being established.During this period the nuclear sterility and the nucleo-cytoplasm interaction male sterility genetics researches were mainly performed,and the male sterility theory with China’s characteristics was advanced.The second period is from the middle of 1970s to the middle of 1980s, in which the three-line hybrid rice research in China was carried rapidly forward.During this peri-od the genetics research was especially stimulated.The main characters of this period were that the further re-search Of the pleomorphism cytoplasmic male sterility materials was carried out and that a lot of important achievements in theories were crowned. The third period is from the middle of 1980s to present time, in which the three-line hybrid rice research expanded steadily and the two line hybrid rice research came to be launched. During this period the genetics research is also livening. There are two main characters of this peri-od, for one thing, the photoperiod(thermoperiod) sensitive genic male sterility genetics research is becoming the main goal, for the other, the molecular genetics research of the cytoplasmic male sterility and the photope-riod sensitive genic male sterility is making good progresses. The far-going significance and far-reaching ef-fect of the achievement in theories obtained in this period are unprecedented. But we all know that the main work of those achievements has been set up on the base that the phenotype deducts the genotype. As the fu-ture research direction of the hybrid rice breeding theory science, our research should be based on directly analysing the change of DNA alignment(realizing the transformation from Mendelian genetics to genome ge-netic, not on the phenotype deducting the genotype.
