摘要
随着大肠肿瘤发病率的逐年升高,大肠癌的化学预防已成为目前肿瘤学领域的研究热点.在防治研究中,常常应用动物模型进行具体防治措施的效果验证.本研究应用二甲基肼(dimethylhydrazine,DMH)诱发昆明小鼠大肠癌实验,旨在探索一种比较经济实用的用于大肠癌研究的动物模型.
