摘要
经济全球化正如火如荼地向前发展,然而这一潮流给世界人权保障提出严峻挑战。在现阶段,为了有效应对经济全球化带来的人权问题,必须依靠和完善现有的各种层面包括国际和国内层面的人权保障机制,国际人权保护体制相对成熟,而各国国内人权机构的作用仍有待加强和完善。
Economic progress that world turn is developping forward in imposing arrayly, however this current guarantees to human rights of world to put forward the rigorous challenge.In present stage, for replying effectively the human rights problem that economic world turn brings, musting depend on to include nations with perfect and current and every kind of level to guarantees with human rights of the local level mechanism, international human rights protection system opposite mature, but the function of all countries local human rights organization need to be enhanced with perfect, this text tries to inquiry into to this proceeding.
