摘要
文章从信息不对称博弈的角度分析了科研管理中存在的资源不合理配置问题,并在此基础上提出了解决这一问题的对策建议。
This paper analyses the problem of unreasonable deployment on scientific research resources from an angles of non-symmetric information game and proposes countermeasure and suggestion on solving the above problem.
