摘要
用电子衍射几何构图法确定了Y—Ba—Cu—O系高Tc超导材料各相所属的晶系,晶胞参数及可能的空间群。经研究确定:主相属正交晶系,晶胞参数为a=0.3832nm;b=0.3878nm;c=1.1775um。可能的空间群为P_(mmm);次相属正交晶系,晶胞参数为a=0.7109um;b=1.2155nm;c=0.5666nm。可能的空间群为P(bcm)。同时确定了另外四种微量相,并用高分辨电子显微术(HREM)对超导相的晶体结构特征进行了分析研究。
Crystal system, cell parameters and possible space group of a series phases contained in Y-Ba-Cu-O system multi-phase superconducting material have been determined by the electron diffraction. The studies show that the main phase is orthorhombic with the cell parameters a=0.3832nm,b=0.3878nm,c=1.1775nm,and the possible space group is Pmmm. The second phase is also orthorhombic with the cell parameters a=0.7109nm,b=1.2155nm,c=0.5666nm,and the possible space group is Pbcm. Besides, other four minor phases in smaple have been determined too. Structural features ( twinning, packing error, etc ) of superconducting crystal have been studied by HREM.
