摘要
在室温电阻较高的 YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)烧结体中,用 Wien 电桥法频率为1kHz,测得约700~3000pF 等效并联附加电容量及随试样尺寸变化不大的损耗值。此电容的存在可用准二维导电面模型解释。
In YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) bulks with comparative high resistance at room temperature,an additional equivalent shunt capacitance about 700-3000 pF and its loss faciorsincoherent with sample size have been measured by Wien's capacitance bridge meth-od at 1 kHz frequency.The existence of this capacitance could be explained by thequasi-two-dimensional conductive planes model.
