粘皮环锈伞的生物学特性与栽培试验 被引量:1

摘要 报道了粘皮环锈伞从标本采集到人工培养出菇的全过程,重点阐述了该菌生长的最适温度、C源、N源、pH值、水分以及栽培配方、管理要点。其菌丝生长温度为10~40℃,最适温度是25℃;pH值4 5~13,最适6 0~7 0;培养料含水量在45%~75%菌丝均可生长,最适68%~73%;最适C源为可溶性淀粉、蔗糖;最适N源是干酪素、酵母粉、蛋白胨。子实体形成温度在20℃以上,子实体形成时期的空气相对湿度为70%~80%。 The experiment showed that the suitable temperature for the mycelium of Pholiota lubrica (Pers.:Fr)Singer growth was ranged from 10~40℃ with the optimum temperature being 20~25℃,the suitable pH was ranged from 4.5~13 with the optimum pH being 6.0~8.5 and the suitable moisture content of the compost was ranged from 45%~75% with the optimum moisture content of the compost being 48%~73%;and that the optimum carbon sources were sources and amylum,the optimum nitrogen sources was yeast powder,casein,ammonium,sulfate and ammonium nitrate.While the temperature for its fruit-body formation was 20~35℃ with the optimum temperature being 24~30℃,and the optimum relative air humidity for its fruit-body formation was 70%~85%.
