摘要
信托产品作为一种全新的金融产品,其流通性的优劣直接关系着这一品种的未来发展前景。信托产品流动性的不足已日益成为制约信托行业发展的“瓶颈”。本文首先从实证的角度分析了流通性对信托业发展的必要性和紧迫性;然后阐述了目前在提高信托产品流通性方面所进行的种种尝试,剖析了“柜台转让”、“做市商”、“质押”和“信证通”等模式的利弊;最后提出构建我国信托产品流通机制的对策和建议。
Trust products are a brand new financial product inChina. Currently, liquidity has been a bottleneck issuestanding in its way of development. This paper expounds froman empirical point of view how liquidity is closed related to thedevelopment of trust industry and the efforts being made toimprove the liquidity. The author tries to illustrate theadvantages and disadvantages of various ways of circulationlike over-the-counter trading, market making, hypothecateand trust- securities straight-through. He also put forwardsolutions and suggestion on this issue.
