摘要
中原油田是典型的复杂断块油气田,盐层多、厚度大及盐岩层蠕变是导致套管损坏的主要原因。为此,中原油田采用三维数值模拟方法研究盐岩层蠕变规律,并定量计算出作用在套管上的横向推挤力,在此基础上开发应用了抗外挤强度大于167MPa的非API高抗挤套管。现场应用600余口井,尚未发现套管损坏等问题,从根本上预防了套管损坏的发生。
Zhongyuan oilfield is a typical complicated fault-block petroleum field with much saline rock and large thickness of salt bed, which is the main reason of casing damage. The update 3D numerical simulation method was adopted in Zhongyuan oilfield to research the formation creep mechanism and calculate the squeeze stress on the casing pipe. Furthermore, an anti-squeeze casing with high strength was developed and used in more than 600 wells. Good results have been achieved. No casing damage occurred in these wells.
