摘要
改革开放以来,黑龙江省第三产业得到了长足发展,其内部结构也得到了优化和提高。但还存在一些问题,应当通过市场建设促进竞争,提高城市化水平等措施,推动第三产业的发展,为全省经济建设上新台阶做出贡献。
Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry has developed greatly,with better internal structure. However, there are still some problems, which may be solved by market construction and improving urbanization. To advance the tertiary industry contributes to the new level of the provincial economic construction.
