摘要
教师权威问题一直是个敏感话题。随着新课改的不断推进,人们开始对长期以来教师权威所起的作用表示疑问,不少人提出"去权威"。但是他们却忽视了新课改下为什么传统教育中的教师权威还会挥之不去。在某种程度上教师有些时候只能被逼使用权威,而且在现代教育中很多情况下还是少不了教师权威的作用,教师权威还是有它存在的合理性。但是我们也不能盲目地崇拜传统教育中的教师权威,应该重构新教育理念下的理性的教师权威。
The problem of teachers' authority has always been a sensitive topic. As new curriculum reform is being pushed on, people begin to doubt the effect of teacher's authority formed for ages, and many of them suggest to 'take out their authority'. However,they have ignored a fact that why teacher authority in traditional education still can't be got rid of under new curriculum reform. To some extent, teachers sometime have to exert teacher authority, and in some circumstances we also need teacher authority in modern education, it still has some rationality. We should reconstruct rational teacher authority in accordance with new educational idea.
