摘要
通过对国产T23钢管常规力学特性、抗氧化性、焊接性能、焊缝性能、工艺性能等的试验分析,以及与G102和T91钢管的应用进行比较,认为T23钢用于(200~300) MW机组锅炉再热器及过热器管,可以完全取代G102,部分替代T91,性能优良.
Through test and analysis of conventional mechanical property,oxidation resistivity,welding behavior,weld seam property,and technological performance ete.of home-made T23 steel pipes ,as wall as comparison with application of G102 and T91 steel pipes, it is believeel that the T23 steel has good beharior,can fully replace G102 steel ,and partially replace T91 steel for reheater and superheater pipes in boilers of (200~300)MW units .
