摘要
改革开放以来,陕北文化产业依托当地得天独厚的人文资源优势,得到了迅速的发展,并初步形成了榆林和延安两个相对独立的文化市场与文化产业发展格局;但制约两市文化产业发展的主客观因素仍然很多,我们必须认真分析,寻找对策,从思想观念、政策植入、机制创新、职能转变、理论研究和经费保障、统一市场、横向联合等方面进行深入研究,促进两市打破市场分割,积极携手合作,在实践中大胆开拓,走出一条使陕北文化产业持续不断发展的道路。
Since the reform and opening up,Cultural intlustry of North of shanxi has developed at full speed,depending on the advantages of abound in gifts of nature in humane resources. Aad then, it forms initially two relatively independent cultural markets and cultural industry development patterns: YuLin and Yan an. However, there are many subjectiue dements to restrict the cultural industry of two cities. Thus, We must alnalyse carefully and find out the contermeasures. We should do research deeply in sense of ideology,spreading policy,exploring innovation,transforing function,thoery research and guecratee of fund, Markent operation and crosswise union etc. with the practice of daring exporlation, there must be a muti - benefitial developing way between Yulin and Yan'an, which will accelerate the cultural industry in North of shanxi.
