摘要
皖西大别山区地处大别山北坡及其山麓地区 ,自然条件优越 ,植物种类丰富 ,也蕴藏了丰富的野菜资源。该文首次报道了该地区有维管植物野菜 83科、2 2 3属、35 3种。然而其现状是 ,开发利用的种类少 ,加工方式简单 ,存在的问题突出。指出了当前应在查清资源的基础上 ,一方面尽快开发 ,另一方面深入进行产品深加工、栽培方法及资源保护等的科学研究。
It is reported for the first time in this thesis that there is rich wild vegetable resources of vascular plant,with 83 families,223 genera and 353 species in the Wanxi Dabieshan Mountain Area.In view of some important problems about exploitation at present,authors think that on a thorough investigation we should exploit the resoursces as soon as possible.On the other hand,we should make scientific research on the resources protection ,cultivation methods and further processing of the products,etc.
